Dr. R. S. Tiwary
The brave new world unfolding
In the national skies disturbing,
Is peopled by an infinite variety
Of Don Quixotes and braggarts,
Of pedlars of rancour and hatreds,
Of traffickers in political gambles,
Of dyed jackals and smiling wolves,
Of seeming Amazons and chivalrous Knights,
Of satellites shining in borrowed feathers,
Of feminine foxes and blackmailing Furies,
With this orchestral cacophony,
We are entering the Twenty first Century
To what destination there’s no knowing.
