RAY OF HOPE
J.
BHAGYALAKSHMI
Be
not afraid, O man of the world!
To
meet the reality you behold;
Shrink
not from that weighing duty
In
suffering and strife lies the beauty.
A
storm may rise, or earth may quake
Fire
too breaks, but they should not shake
Your
immense faith and that ardent strife;
So,
reach your goal in life too brief.
With
tottering steps you learnt to walk,
With
faltering words you learnt to talk;
It
is practice that makes you perfect
So
will it make you the life’s prefect?
As
you climb, you may slip your way;
Never
should you come down by that sway;
Give
up not, but proceed forward
To
reach the goal don’t be wavered.
Just
as the day comes after the night
Shattering
the darkness, bringing the light,
Happiness
comes after ceaseless strife
Lo!
That brightens your darkened life.
