DUSK AND DAWN
Dr. Palvai (Koduri) Padma
As the
inevitable dusk sets in
I see the
light of world drowning,
Amidst ruby
red streaks
Of the
sapphire blue skies,
Like a
flickering lamp in wind;
But the love
of the world is dawning
Like an angel
with a magic wand in hand,
Life, what a
wonderful one!
The sun sets,
yet the moon shines,
Glory when
sinks, modesty sails,
Life is
always happy and wonderful,
Thou hast to
but locate its colours,
And learn to
love its wonders.
